Tishnagi...insatiable thirst !!!

I am disappointed today because I am satisfied. (am I?)

I do not want to be satisfied I want the hunger, the craving, I want to want more than what I have, more than what I can have! (Don’t I already?)

If you know what I mean……

Nav, While returning from the Fireflies Fest, I composed a message for friend which I got reminded of, while reading your post. Here it is:

"Tu Maati Ka Pulta, Mai Maati Ki Pulti
Maati mai sab hai milna.
Kya Tera, Kya Mera – yeh baaten hai patli.
Moti baat to yeh hai yaara
Mite to khuda mile dobaara.
Mitna hai zaroori, phoolon ko hai jo khilna
Nikharna hai zaroori, Rituon mai dhal ke hai jo bikharna
Maati mai sab hai milna
Maati mai sab hai milna"

Love, ND

And if the above leaves you little cheerless, for which I offer my sincere apologies :-).( when will learn to write happy verses?) I am also reminded of something more cheerful(a song I heard in a movie - I think it was from "Daddy") which says :

"Na mili thi tum, to tha jee raha
Na milo gi to na jee paonga
Meri Tishnigi to jaga diya
Tere Pyar ne, tere saath ne." :D

Nam..actually it did not leave me feeling cheerless (it is very well written), I like the fact that all that begins has to end, for ends are nothing but new beginnings...:)

Shukriya, Shukriya! It's so much pleasure to acknowledge someone enjoying reading it as much as I enjoy writing it ;D. Thank God for you !
